star Kim Zolciak, has been arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a female classmate. The teenager, also known as “KJ,” faces charges of aggravated sodomy and aggravated sexual battery following an incident that allegedly took place in April at a Life Time fitness facility in Alpharetta, Georgia.

The Alpharetta Police Department released a booking photo of the minor on August 22, showing him wearing a black shirt and staring straight ahead. Details of the Alleged Assault
According to court documents, the incident occurred on April 23. A female classmate told investigators that she and KJ were at the gym when he suggested they visit the co-ed sauna. The accuser claims that while passing through a family changing room, KJ began grabbing her body and kissing her. Despite her repeatedly saying “no,” she alleges that he forced her mouth on his penis and digitally penetrated her vagina.
Court filings further state that KJ attempted to have sexual intercourse with the girl multiple times by trying to pull down her pants. The alleged victim told police she eventually managed to get away, after which KJ pulled up his pants and left. The accuser reported experiencing a panic attack the following day before contacting family members.

On April 24, the alleged victim underwent a sexual assault examination at North Fulton Hospital in Georgia. According to the police report, doctors and the GBI found no evidence of male DNA in the victim’s mouth or vagina.
Investigators noted that while KJ did not scan into the gym on the day of the alleged assault, he was identified in security camera footage. Police records indicate that authorities attempted to contact Kroy Biermann Sr. on May 14 and May 18. The former NFL linebacker told investigators he would discuss the situation with Zolciak regarding potential communication with their son.
