Resorts World Sentosa has officially kicked off its seasonal festivities with the Festival of Thrills. The property is leaning into an expansive entertainment lineup this season, pairing scare experiences with racing events across its destination spaces.

Halloween Horror Nights Lineups Draw Visitors
Angelica, a frequent fright-er at Halloween Horror Nights who spends six straight hours hitting the streets at Universal Studios Hollywood, noted that this year’s lineup is one of the best they’ve had in a long time, feeling like there’s something for everyone from slasher lovers to fans of rock ‘n’ roll. Invited by Universal Studios to their opening night, Angelica made her way through every single haunted house and rated them based on scare level and overall vibes. The ranked lineup includes Killer Klowns from Outer Space, Stranger Things 5, Terror Tram starring Art the Clown, Dead Deader Deadest, Sinners, Evil Dead Burn, Killceañera: Music by Slash, and Hellraiser.
For visitors navigating peak theme park crowds during the Halloween season, frequent attendees recommend strategic planning. The lines will be long all night, so make sure your group knows which houses they want to see most before you get there. While it is possible to do them all with a GA pass—something Angelica has done before—it is a real hustle at the end there. If seeing every single house is important and you have some extra cash, an express pass is highly recommended, allowing visitors to walk straight into the majority of the houses and experience short waits at almost all the others. Visitors can finish their last house at about midnight while taking breaks in between to check out the shops, grab a drink, and do other rides.
Guests can also check what other rides are open during HHN, as they can often walk right onto rides that would normally have a massive wait because everyone else is busy waiting for the houses. Scare zones offer a great opportunity to snap pictures, get some real one-on-one time with characters like Art from Terrifier and Nikki from Obsession—who just might have a surprise if you are one of the first 100 people to tell her the secret code found on HHN’s social media accounts every day—and step into an immersive spooky world without waiting an hour in a line. However, visitors who have their heart set on Terrifier or Fortnite-themed concessions items should be prepared to wait, as there were long lines consistently all night.
