Formed by Jeremy Clarkson in 2025, the 34-member Hawkstone Farmers Choir has announced its debut album, This Is Home
, alongside an 18-location UK tour following their victory on Britain’s Got Talent.
Britain’s Got Talent Triumph and Charity Donations
The 34-member choir of farmers and agricultural workers went on to win Britain’s Got Talent and claim the £250,000 cash prize. The ensemble first captured national attention during the 19th series of the show, when their rendition of Elbow’s One Day Like This
earned them a Golden Buzzer straight through to the live semi-finals.

Debut Album Release and Rural Advocacy
The upcoming 12-track debut album, titled This Is Home
, is set for release on Friday, November 6. The project explores themes of belonging, resilience, and rural life while continuing to shine a light on farming community issues such as isolation and mental health. Alongside original tracks, the album features covers including Pompeii
, I Wish You Were Here
, and The World’s A Better Place (with You In it)
.
Ahead of the full album drop, the choir performed their single on ITV at the National Television Awards at London’s O2 Arena. The track is already available for streaming.
Tour Schedule Across the United Kingdom
The ensemble’s first-ever UK tour will take them to 18 locations throughout March and April. Among the confirmed stops, the choir will perform at the Bournemouth Pavilion Theatre on Thursday, March 11, 2027.

The nationwide tour will conclude at the Oxford New Theatre on Saturday, April 10, capping off a whirlwind period for the agricultural workers turned performers.
