Ahead of the 2027 presidential election, political stakeholders, federal agency leaders, and support groups have stepped up mobilisation efforts for the re-election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. Support Groups and Officials Mobilise for Tinubu Re-Election
Eradiri noted that the group, led by State Coordinator Preye Aganaba, intends to use grassroots structures to communicate the achievements of the Tinubu administration. He added that the Bayelsa chapter plans to work alongside Governor Douye Diri and the All Progressives Congress (APC) leadership structures in the state. According to Eradiri, the administration’s reforms in the economy, infrastructure, petroleum sector, energy, security, and decentralisation serve as a basis for the campaign.
Northern Stakeholders and Federal Agency CEOs Rally Support
In Kaduna, governors from Northern states and senior members of the Federal Executive Council converged at the Umaru Musa Yar’Adua Conference Centre to rally support for President Tinubu and Kaduna State Governor Uba Sani, as reported by vanguardngr.com. The gathering was organised by the Office of the Special Adviser to the President on Political Matters, Alhaji Ibrahim Masari, and included delegates from the Northern Nigerian Women Ulama across the 19 northern states and the Federal Capital Territory.
