Introduced during the Surprise and Shine event, the iPhone Duo pairs a massive folding screen with the processing power of the new A20 Pro chip and a custom thermal management system featuring a vapor chamber.

When fully opened, the device functions as the thinnest iPhone ever made, sporting a 7.6-inch inner Super Retina XDR display that is 50 percent larger than the screen on an iPhone 18 Pro Max. Apple equipped the inner panel with a special nano-texture finish built from a custom polymer boasting up to 40 percent higher stiffness than competing materials. This matte coating minimizes glare and reduces crease visibility.
