Powered by a MediaTek Helio G81 chipset, the device packs 4GB of RAM alongside 128GB or 256GB of expandable storage. It carries a 5,000mAh battery supporting 10W charging and runs Android 15 Go Edition.
The rear camera setup includes a 50-megapixel main sensor, accompanied by a 0.08MP sensor and a 2MP sensor. GSMArena describes the smaller companion sensors as decorative, while the front-facing selfie camera is rated at 5 megapixels. Aside from a different chipset and a larger battery capacity on the unreleased Aura 3, the Aura 2 Pro specifications leaked this week appear almost identical. If both leaks prove accurate, HMD is positioning a “Pro” variant of an older model that closely mirrors a newer device while dropping 1,000mAh of battery capacity.
