BAIC Philippines expanded its local retail and service footprint by officially opening a new dealership at W City Center in Bonifacio Global City. Inaugurated last week, the facility operates under MG Gateway Mantrade Corporation and features a dedicated service center alongside a display of electrified and conventional models.
BAIC Philippines formally opened its newest retail and service location at the ground floor of W City Center along 7th Avenue corner 30th Street in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. The Chinese brand hails the mixed-use district as a premium location ideal for strengthening its position in the country. The showroom welcomed visitors following an inauguration ceremony held on September 17, which brought together corporate leadership, local officials, and invited guests.
Leadership and Opening Ceremony at W City Center
The ribbon-cutting event drew key figures from across the automotive industry and local government. The inauguration was attended by BAIC Philippines, Gateway Group, and UAAGI Auto Group leadership, as well as Taguig City mayor Lani Cayetano. Representatives from MG Gateway Mantrade Corporation, dealership partners, media, and invited guests were also present. The new establishment operates under MG Gateway Mantrade Corporation, one of the automaker’s existing dealer-partners, linking the location to established operations.
Speaking on the strategic value of the mixed-use district, Timothy Sytin, brand head of BAIC Philippines, emphasized the district’s cultural and commercial weight in the region.

Showroom Lineup and Dedicated Service Center
The dealership is located at the corner of 7th Street and 30th Avenue, at the ground floor of W City Center. Beyond acting as a conventional vehicle showroom, the newly inaugurated Bonifacio Global City facility functions as a comprehensive service center designed to support BAIC owners in and around the area. The site accommodates routine maintenance and technical support for the brand’s growing vehicle fleet.
BAIC BGC will serve as a sales and service facility where customers can view the brand’s lineup, experience its vehicles, and learn more about its conventional and electrified models. Visitors examining the showroom floor can view a diverse mix of internal combustion models and electrified offerings.

Management noted that the space is intended to serve as a venue offering BAIC owners a place to connect, share experiences, and take part in activities centered around the brand.
