Lisa Ch’ng shared an emotional message alongside a wedding photograph featuring herself, her husband, and her late mother. Writing on her Instagram Story, Lisa stated: I miss you so much. I hope you are free from pain in heaven and can be reunited with Daddy! We all love you so, so much. Mum, you will always be missed.
Together with her sister Jacquelin, Lisa also uploaded a tribute video and notice on YouTube, confirming that their mother passed away peacefully surrounded by family and friends.

Wake and Funeral Arrangements
According to news reports and the published obituary, friends and members of the public can pay their final respects at the Royal Hall on the third floor of the Nirvana Memorial Centre in Kuala Lumpur (Nirvana Centre Kuala Lumpur / Nirvana 2). The wake is scheduled to be held from August 30 (Sunday) to September 1.
The funeral service will take place on September 1, 2026. Following the service, Datin Kong Yuk Chu will be laid to rest at the Nirvana Memorial Park in Semenyih.
