US AutoForce of Appleton files расширяется за счет складских помещений в Такоме

One of the largest independent wholesale tire and auto parts distributors in the U.S. is entering the Puget Sound market, according to documents filed with Pierce County earlier this month.

Wisconsin-based U.S. AutoForce filed permit requests with Pierce County for tenant improvements at Bridge Point Tacoma 125, a recently completed warehouse development at 10002 Steele St. S. in Tacoma.

The company will occupy the entire 129,000-square-foot structure, which was developed by Bridge Industrial, a Chicago-based industrial developer with an office in Seattle.

The improvements are expected to cost around $850,000, records show. Filings did not indicate when the work is expected to start.

U.S AutoForce, with headquarters in Appleton, has 68 locations with three more planned, according to its website. It added six sites in 2023. The company’s existing Pacific Northwest presence includes warehouses in Spokane, Portland and the Tri-Cities.

Bridge, which has been expanding its footprint in Western Washington, currently has 9 million square feet of industrial warehouse space between Everett and Portland, including developments that are either complete or under construction.
