Domestic dispute leads to fatal stabbing in Mashaken al-Shush
The violence began inside the suspect’s home, where a verbal altercation broke out between the man and his wife. According to the investigation, the argument escalated into a physical assault involving a white weapon (bladed weapon), resulting in a fatal injury to the wife.
Immediately following the killing of his spouse, the suspect exited the residence while still armed. He proceeded to a local workshop in the same area, where two young men were employed. A second confrontation ensued at the site, which ended with the suspect attacking both workers, leaving them dead in front of their place of employment.
Public Prosecution interrogations and evidence
During questioning, the suspect provided testimony regarding the events leading up to the killings, including the history of disputes and the specific circumstances of the three attacks. Investigators focused on the tools used in the crimes and the timeline of the suspect’s movement from his home to the workshop.
The Public Prosecution confronted the suspect with evidence gathered from security investigations and witness testimonies to establish a complete picture of the incident and determine the specific role of each participant.
Arrest of the suspect’s brother
The scope of the case expanded after preliminary investigations and security intelligence indicated that the primary suspect did not act alone.
