The warm message comes as Putin last visited the country for the 18th BRICS Summit, which was held in Delhi from September 12 to 13. He also addressed the Leaders’ Session of the BRICS Business Forum in the national capital, where he lashed out at Western nations for turning trade and diplomatic pressure into state-level interference.
